Ingredients:

  • Mushroom
  • Onion (finely chopped)
  • Tomato (finely chopped)
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
  • Jeera (1 tsp)
  • Cinnamon (2)
  • Cardamom (2)
  • Green Chilli (2)
  • Turmeric (1/2 tsp)
  • Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)
  • Cumin Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Coriander Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Red Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Fresh Cream 
  • Coriander (chopped)

Method:

  • 1. Add oil, cinnamon, cardamom, jeera to pan and fry well.
  • 2. Add chopped onion,salt and fry till golden brown color.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli.
  • 4. Add turmeric, garam masala, jeera, coriander, red chilli powder and mix        well.
  • 5. Add mushroom and salt. mix well.
  • 6. Add some water, cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7. Add fresh cream, coriander and saute well.
