Ingredients:-
Corn
Ghee
Milk
Milkmaid
Fresh cream
Cardamom powder
kesar
Method:-
* Add Corn kernels to a blender and blend coarse.
* Add ghee to a pan and add blended Corn.fry for 1 minute.
* Now add milk and cook Corn for 2 to 3 minutes
* Now add condensed milk, crushed almond powder ,kesar milk and fresh cream.mix well
* Finally add cardamom powder and allow it to boil for 2 more minutes till the milk becomes little thicker.
Refrigerate for 1hr and serve cold.
