Ingredients:-
Milk 2 cups
Cooked rice 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 3 to 4 spoons
Cardamom powder 1 spn
Cashew and Raisin .
Turmeric or kesar
Method:-
* Add milk to a vessel and allow it to boil for 2 minutes.
* Now add cooked rice,mix well and allow it to cook well and blend with milk for 3 to 4 minutes.
* once the rice becomes soft and blends well with milk add sugar, ghee ,pinch of turmeric or kesar and cardamom powder .mix well close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more till it thickens.
* Finally add dry fruits roasted in ghee.
* Allow it to cool little bit and then serve.
